BBC News - Fast & Furious actor Paul Walker dies in California car crash

Died in a car crash. He was a passenger, being driven by his friend and business partner, attending a charity gig for his own 'Reach Out' foundation.

The F&F films are a big reason a lot of people have got into cars, they're filming 7 now. Sad news .

It'll be much easier if you just comply.

A modern James Dean, of sorts. "Utterly fearless" is how friends describe him; he was a good, decent guy who loved charity and fast cars, he'll be sorely missed.

Also, r.i.p to the driver of the car that no one is mentioning since he wasn't famous.

Kind of an ironic death. Would have been even more so if he was the driver. I watched 3 of the F&F films including the last one, which was blah. The first 2 were good.

I wonder if he'd be alive today if we had autonomous cars.

Ya know, I saw one or two F&F films, but I can't remember a single thing about them.

I remember Into The Blue a bit better, but only because Jessica Alba's ass was a main character.
