Hello All,
I've recently installed Leopard on my firewire storage drive so i can run diskwarrior (among other things) on the primary hard drive. Since this is a regularly used drive for file storage I'd rather not have to see system, user, application folders all the time on this drive. Any way to Hide them or can I place them in a subfolder? I just want to keep them out of site for my day to day activities

You definitely cannot place them in a sub-folder. You could probably set a visibility flag though.

What would that entail?

This article is from 2004 and thus pretty dated, but it should put you on the right track:

I would just keep all your other files in their own folder and put that in your sidebar so you never have to look at the root of the disk.

That makes even more sense.
