Hello all, I am having a problem with my BT500 mouse. I have had it for a long time now and have absolutely loved it, I want to say I have had it for a year with flawless operation. As of my last battery change over I have not been able to pair with it. I actually never had to repair with it when I changed my batteries of used my other bt mouse it just worked every time. While I go through the set up, it sees the mouse in both "mouse" and "peripherals", however it fails during the passkey exchange. Has anyone encountered this? Is there a solution? I have swapped out the batteries with fresh ones, both alkaline and NiMH, which was the only possible solution I could fine in the forums.
