CoreDuoTemp used to work fine on my MacBook.

However, for the last couple of weeks it doesn't seem to report the temperature correctly. When you first open it, it seems to get a temperature from somewhere, but then this never changes, bar an occasional 1 degree increase and then immediate decrease. So, right now it says 27 degrees, even though after being on for a while it really should be in the 50s. And if I don't open it until my machine has been on for a while, it is in the 50s, but then it doesn't go higher, even if I make both cores cry with some video encoding or the like.

Does anyone know why this might be?

(Same thing happens with Temperature Monitor; the temperatures never update.)
