Just a quick question, hoping someone may be able to help me out.

In my office I have an Orange Livebox (router with built in wifi) I use to connect to the internet with various laptops and computers.

When clients come in, they always need to connect to our wifi, and as such I have plugged in another router/access point (Apple Airport Express) via the ethernet port of the Livebox and set up another network for them to use.

So now my questions;

As it all goes through our main IP address, I want to restrict the websites they go to, and also stop p2p traffic etc. I know I can do it through blocking ports on the main Livebox, but this also cuts off regular users in the office.

If I buy say a Linksys or Netgear to replace the Airport Express, would I have the options to control the usage of the unsecured network? or do I need to look at something more complex?

Any help appreciated,

Marc

Get a Mac mini, use that as the "public" wifi basestation and have some filtering software running on it?
Been inclined to wander... off the beaten track.
