Hi, Due to a minor injury I acquired at the gym, I've seen a physical therapist a few times. I have a MBP and basically she said I needed to buy an external keyboard and mouse for it in order to not irritate this injury. Which keyboard is the best from an ergonomic standpoint?

I've been looking for the keyboard that is "split" in the middle with each side of the keys curved slightly back but haven't been able to find one for a mac-or even a pc version for that matter(I have one at work). Would a standard external keyboard be sufficient? Thanks!

I would recommend the Goldtouch adjustable split: Goldtouch for Mac Split Ergonomic Keyboard or you could consult PickyGuide for buying tips: Guide to Ergonomic Keyboards - PickyGuide.com

I owned the erognomic keyboard & mouse set made by Microsoft for the Mac:
The Wireless Laser Desktop for Mac.

I had it for about a week and it is pretty good despite some negative reviews out there. I downloaded the latest drivers from Versiontracker.com on the first day, and it is working so far so good. The keyboard is pretty comfortable to type on.
