Best way to get analogue video signal (VHS) into Mac for edit/export to DVD?

Title says it all really, anyone know of a way to get analogue video signals into a Mac for either editing or making DVDs. The input has to be RCA (so the yellow, white and red connections).

Any suggestions appreciated!

Many of the elgato products can do this for you.
