Ignoring IP's

Is it possible to implement some system where if you ignore a nick, it will ignore all nicks used on that IP? I'm getting really annoyed that no matter who you ignore, they just keep popping up with new nicks.

Hmm, what about the idea that you need to register(with real name, address etc) and wait for the admins to activate an account?

Poeple could always use fake info; but at least it would slow them down.

I would like to suggest something like a €25 one-time fee when one registers. Those who break the rules and get banned will have to pay another starting-fee. A win/win situation for both the users of this forum and the admins/mods.

Till one of you get banned (you have been banned from the PL before kmkkid) and then the whining starts.
