basesystem.pkg missing, can't repair permissions.

Hi, I ran a cleaning utility and it deleted my basesystem.pkg, and now I can't repair permissions  Could anyone out there running 10.4 send me the file via email if it isn't too large? Sadly none of my friends use a Mac.
The file is found in /Library/Receipts/
TIA
*edit* removed email addy, since it's not needed now

For anyone using this program, don't run the option to clear your receipts folder.
