i updated Flash yesterday, and now cannot access the music player on myspace profiles.
anyone else? wondering if it's everyone (or just me...).

downloaded the flash uninstaller, ran that. downloaded the previous version (pre-beta), installed that.
and am back in business.

anyone having a problem with the latest flash?

LOL i work with an artist who maintains a myspace page...

meanwhile...are you running the beta? can you (can someone?) check out a band profile, and see if the music player works??

What does the beta give you that the currently released version does not? I stick with released versions (and let other people do the testing) because I seldom find enough new features to warrant getting myself into this sort of predicament.

i have update-itis...yes, i am an update addict.

uninstalling the beta worked, so am good to go. just wondering if ANYONE is having the same issue?
will try to stick to 'official' updates for most apps from now on...

You're not alone. I find updat-itis to be common among Mac users.

I installed the 10.1 beta simply on the hope that it might chew fewer CPU cycles and stop my fans from madly spinning anytime I watch Flash content.

It didn't work. Shocking.

Yeah. And "less suck" has been a new feature in how many revisions of the Flash player?

I don't recall it ever happening.

"Less suck" is available through ClicktoFlash.
