Even though this should probably be in the Software forum...
1) Quit Safari
2) Enable the Safari debug menu by copying and pasting the following line in the Terminal application found in your Utilities folder:
defaults write com.apple.Safari IncludeDebugMenu 1
2) Launch Safari
3) Next to the help menu, there should now be a menu called 'Debug'
4) Select 'Export Bookmarks..." and save the HTML file.
5) Quit Safari
6) Disable the Safari debug menu by copying and pasting the following line in the Terminal application found in your Utilities folder:
defaults write com.apple.Safari IncludeDebugMenu 0

Not only is this in the wrong forum, but you could have easily figured this out by doing a simple search.
In addition to the method mentioned above, there is also an app called Safari Bookmark Exporter. Search for it on VersionTracker or MacUpdate.

No, we won't burn you at the stake, but we do ask that you read and follow the forum descriptions on the main forum page, which explicitly say that Safari threads do not belong here.
Thanks,
tooki
