I'm tired to back up all the files of my Home folder with Apple's Back Up Software everytime it gets full. Can I just put my Home Folder inside other internal HD ? one with more space that the one that came with my Mac?

Yes. Copy your home folder to the other drive and update NetInfo with the new location.

This article is old, however still relevant. Should give you a step-by-step on how to do it.

It's much simpler to move the Users folder, with all the home folders in it. Then you just replace the Users folder on the boot disk with a symbolic link.

Backing up is still a good idea.
