This is my first time trying Boot Camp on my brand spanking new Macbook Pro.

So boot camp works, installs, and even partitions a 16 GIG space. I know this because Disc Utility shows me that there is a partition available.

BUT when I get into the Windows XP install I start having issues. Like picking the partition. I only see one option, and its WAY bigger then 16 GIGs. In all the pictures I see of people installing XP on their Macs they ALWAYS have more then one partition available to pick from.

I'd hate to delete all my OS X fun stuff. That would suck.

Any helpful ideas?

That'll do it. There are MAJOR differences between even SP1 and SP2. Got it going the way you want now?

Yeah. Its been a day of mishaps thanks to me not noticing the software I was using was so out of date. I really should keep the boxes for these things.
