It came up in the LOST thread about everyone having to put the spoiler tag around their entire posts and it got a little old.
There are some threads which are going to have spoilers. I was wondering if there could be a way to tag an entire thread as most probably going to have spoilers and then some sort of information bar or something comes up at the top of the page saying "this thread has spoilers" or something of the sort, to let people know that this thread will have spoilers?

This is a photoshop job of the type of idea I'm having. Maybe just typing in Spoilers in the thread title could accomplish the job

I reject this idea purely because it was presented with Windows.

If we follow the rules like on Television Without Pity, if an episode has aired then it's fair game and no spoiler tags need to be used. If it's speculation/rumor/possible truth on un-aired future eps, use the tags.

Where it gets tricky is the shows that different areas of the world get at different times--I guess the US folks should realize that the Dr Who thread is going by Britain's schedule, and the UK folks can realize the BSG thread is on US schedule, etc.

and putting it in the thread title is a great idea.
