Well, one day last year a friend of mine wanted me to be back up part of her harddrive with my MyBook. I already had 60g taken up out of the total 250g. Now when I connected my MyBook to her PC everything was fine. But then once I disconnected it and then reconnected it to my Mac, the files were gone. Strange enough, there still was 60g of space still taken up on the MyBook. I had been using the MyBook only on my Mac up till that point. And recently, I put just a random file on the external and then connected it to another PC and the same thing happened. Anybody know what is going on and if there is a way to recover the files?
