webdav servers, how to find them.

	At the risk of revealing my ignorance, let me ask . . . Are there "webdav" servers available besides Apple's ".mac"? If so, how do you find them. When doing a Google search it's easy to find free or very cheap server hosts for "your" website, but I'd like to find one that uses Webdav so I can post my ical and maintain it online, etc.
