Would you sell the Nvidea 6800, but not the computer? I could trade you my 5200, so, you could just swap that in and still have a working tower and everything. If you'd sell the card seperately, how much would it be?
If not.... how much for just the powermac, without the monitor? I already have a 20" LCD and if I could get just the powermac without the screen that'd be great. If so, please PM me a price.
Thanks!
- Rob

Can you tell me again if the ram and Hds are switchable from a G5 dual 2.0?

Everything is the same across the board. The HDDs are all Serial ATA, and the RAM is all the same as well. Just has to be installed in pairs.

Still open to a trade?
Do you take paypal?
Shipping to Ontario isn't a problem, correct?

I think i'm purchasing a 1.67GHZ 17" to last me *hopefully* until the next round of powerbooks comes out. Yes I can take paypal, and shipping to CA isn't a problem.

Is that in your opinion? Because all the reviews I have read say differently. Especially in Doom 3. Ask ID Software which card they recommend

Of course they recommend the nVidia, they worked with them for optimizations on the engine.
And no, it isn't opion: It is fact.

Well, in reading that, I guess I stand corrected. It seems to me that the cards are very close. What one card lacks, the other has, and vice versa. I'll update my auction to say "one of the best cards...". I really didn't know the X800 was that strong of a contender.
