Does anyone out there know of a plugin or stand alone program that can convert text (OCR) from upper to lower case?

While I'm at it, how about both having upper and lower case text?

This would prove extremely useful!

uh--word processor, or any one of a number of graphics programs including Illustrator and InDesign already do this.

Here ya go. Open Terminal.

type in

perl -pi -e'tr/[A-Z]/[a-z]' filename

replace filename with the name of your file (or drag your file into the terminal window). A decidedly unmac but very fast way to do this.

Sorry, I was in a rush when I first typed.

I dont need File name changes, I have maybe 12 pages of text, all uppercase.
I would like to convert all these paragraphs and sentences to lowercase or (even better) Proper Case, With The First Letter In Each Sentence Capitalized.

I can't find a way to do this in Word or Excel easily.
I found some Macros, but they didn't work.
