I'd just like to comment that Uru is the most fantastically beautiful 3D game ever. I've had the PC version for a while and I'm ceaselessly amazed that it's actually being rendered in real-time!
Be happy.

I didn't see any mention of a mac version of the game in that link. Please tell me I am stupid and missed it.

edit: yes. i am stupid. i need to stop skimming stuff. i saw it, sorry. p.s. i think it's a pretty game but from what i remember the controls suck; not ver reminiscent of the original myst.

Officially dead now. Cyan lists probs with the physics engine being the culprit. Ah well.

I like this part: "PS - We'd like to think that we learned something from the experience. We chose not to use the same physics engine on our current project."

The only problem I have with this whole 'Physics' engine thing is that it IS Myst... how much physics is going on? Walking around doesn't use that much...

OH well, boned again.

All as artificial as the Matrix itself, although only a human mind could invent something as insipid as Love.
