Question about Macbook Air?

My question is since the MacBook Air only has one USB port can I hook up a USB hub to it and then connect the USB Ethernet adapter to one of the USB ports on the Hub? Thanks for the help

Yes.

The only device that may need a direct connection is the SuperDrive... not sure if they've pulled some non-standard power shenanigans.
