Team MacNN is currently rated #90 overall. Difficult to tell how many teams are actually active. I have verified more then 760 teams active on BOINC before their stats page errored. Based upon credit granted to #760, I would estimate more then 1000 teams have switched to BOINC.
Current averrage daily credit for the team is 1580, UPDATE: I finally got a count and 17 members have switched or joined SETI-BOINC as of today.
Team MacAddict, is ranked #39 so we have some catching up to do. Apple Computer is right on our tail.
SETI BOINC is finally delivering a steady supply of work. Per their estimates, about 1000 work units every 10 minutes.
Don't forget that you can attach to Predictor on BOINC as a backup at a low resource priority, just incase SETI breaks down again or runs out of work units. I would recommend a Resource share of 500 for SETI and 5 for Predictor. That will just about guarantee you almost all SETI units, but switch you automatically to Predictor breifly, if SETI runs out again. Register for Predictor and then set your preferences on the web site, before you attach any computers. Then update on the SETI side.
