I have seen in some videos of the iPod Touch's settings screens that users can choose the language they wish to use. This leads me to ask a few questions:

1. Is this the same for iPhone? Do users have the ability to change the language settings?
2. Is Chinese in the the list of languages?

and the most important:

3. How is the input of Chinese handled when typing email/SMS/web etc...? I am guessing pinyin is used, but is it efficient and predictive... or...?

Thanks in advance.
