Hi all,

I've never owned an iPod Touch, but I'm really thinking of getting one. I just have one question about it though.

I have a ton of movie files on my Mac Pro, and I also have a Macbook Pro (both networked of course, wirelessly). What I've done in the past is hook up my laptop to my TV and use the TV as a display for the laptop, put an alias to my Mac Pro's movie file location in my laptop, and then I use Front Row to watch my Mac Pro's movies on my TV.

What I want to know is: can I use the iPod Touch instead of my laptop for this purpose? i.e. use Front Row, with an alias, on the Touch and point it to my Mac Pro's movie folder, and then watch the movies on my TV? I'm thinking it would be a lot less cumbersome than setting up the laptop next to my TV. If so, can I also use an Apple Wireless Keyboard and Mouse to control Front Row on the Touch?

Thanks!
Dave
