Has anyone tried installing these under OS X? They're a pair of open-source tools to allow syncing Palm devices with AvantGo (and, I assume, Vindigo). The Malsync page has a binary distribution for OS X, but it only apparently works through serial (I need USB).

Fink has an "unstable" dist for pilot-link that apparently supports USB.

Before I head down this dark, dark road, I figured I'd see if anyone's been down there before...

Did you ever try to get this running? If so, how was your luck?
