Normally I'm not a huge dog fan. I like dogs and all. Maybe I'm just selfish, but I don't like creatures always nagging me for attention. Well, the other day Kate got a dog. His name is Pablo, and he's funny.

He's so very tiny, but growing by the day. Best part is that he doesn't make any noise!! (well, nearly no noise) And he is playful when I want to play, but when I'm busy, he just wanders around and amuses himself. The perfect pet.

I own two bigger dogs. Sometimes I wish we had small dogs. A lot cheaper and easier to take care of.

Yup, we have a Pom right now. Very small and easy to take care of dog. Once we get a house, we are getting an outside dog. Hopefully either a Lab or Collie. Then another inside dog and maybe another outside dog. Oh and a cat or 2 for the fun of it. We like animals Oh and you cant forget the fish!

We used to have a Pommeranian(sp?), but when we got our collie pup all the pom would do was hide under the couch and sleep. Plus she needed attention 99% of the time and would shake with anxiety if we didn't pet her 24 hours a day. A very needy dog. But we gave her to my Grandmother end she loves her to death.

But Poms are very fun dog no doubt.

Ours only hides when we get out the vacuum cleaner! She does always want to be pet and will bark like a crazy fool if someone leaves the house... A very needy dog indeed!

Warning you all, this is Dan's girlfriend, not Dan, so don't jump on him for the girly nature of this post...

That is the second most adorable dog I've ever seen (the first of course being my own). Talk about makin' a girl say "awwwe!" I was just wondering what breed it is. Looks like a malte-poo to me. If it's not, don't laugh, I swear it exists. It's a cross between a maltese and a poodle. Much cooler than a labradoodle...

(and yes, I am a real person, not just Dan's femininely named left hand )

I suppose I should have mentioned that in my first post, he's a pomeranian - chiwawa (I think!).

Same! Vacuum cleaner went on the other day, we didn't think twice about it. After we had finished, I found Pablo hiding in the back corner of the garden with his paws over his head (ears?) shaking in fright.

We're still going out, sure. But no, not living together at this stage. She actually just moved into a new house in Melbourne not long ago, so I have been staying there a fair bit, since it's in a really handy location. I'll let 'NN know when we move in together.

I can see that I guess. All fluff, no other stuff yet. I have a mini maltese, looked very similar whe he was still a puppy. They all just have the round head and lotsa fur thing going on when they're babies.

Considering the fact that you seem to be chowing down in 99% of the pictures you've posted here, that shopping cart picture is hilarious -- as if she's going out on yet another food run for the PG A match made in heaven

Never! That little guy has the innocence of an ewok combined with the charm of a puppy. Unbeatable.

I really thought I was looking at a dog puppet. He looks like a toy I had in my younger days. I realized it was a real dog when I saw the eyes were closed on that last picture.

But aaaawwww, he IS really cute

I remember when my dog was a puppy. If I left it alone, it usually meant at least ONE roll of TP destroyed.

Only 1 because that is how many were out, right? My dog likes to pickup shoes and run around with them. Oh and pencils and pens... She thinks they are a delicacy!

Yeah had a few pees on the floor overnight. Overall he's pretty good though. Wooden floorboards making cleaning up pee so much easier, and he's so little that the puddle is barely visible!

No chewing stuff though which is nice. Although he does like to sleep in my shoes sometimes. Tricky lil' thing.

Still growing too:
