They can do that, while I have a coupon for a BK chicken salad. Hurray for semi-healthy food!

The options are out there if you look for them. I haven’t had a hamburger at a fast food restaurant in a long time – I always find something interesting in the salads or side dishes (and let’s face it, side dishes are big enough these days to be entire meals in themselves).

Too much.. I can feel the heartburn already.

I'd rather have a sausage and egg crossanwich.

Really though that doesn't look that bad? Bun, with a lil bit of beef, some ham, some bacon and some egg. Oh and cheese. That's not all that bad. There's a good size amount of it. But I could eat that much no problem. Just don't get fries with it.

ummm...how to live on six dollars a day...buy 2!

For those still counting, that's four layers of breakfast with 730 calories oozing 47 grams of fat. For about $2.99, depending on the market.

Why do I suddenly feel like throwing up thinking about that?

I had one. It was a disappointment. The bun is not toasted. Who eats a breakfast sandwich on non-toasted bread?

Actually, it would have been awesome if they just would have fixed that little oversight.

Heh, I note that there is not a single vegetable shown in that picture.

"Only" 740 calories though. If you can believe it, that's actually less than a Whopper with cheese.

A person can eat anything fatty they want as long as it's in moderation.

But anyone who condescends to fat people, berating them to diet and ridiculing their size, is obviously a sanctimonious prick.
When you were young and your heart was an open book, you used to say "live and let live."
But if this ever changing world, in which we live in, makes you give in and cry, say "live and let die."

I'll be honest about it. i keep in shape...well at least i try to, and im nowhere near being overweight. When i buy ice cream or a burger meal, the last thing i want to see is 'fat free'. lol.... i;d like to afford myself some of those little luxuries every now n then. but when everything goes bland, fat free , sugar free, etc...it all just tastes like cardboard. if other ppl cant control their eatingh abits, why should the rest of us have to put up with all these modified foods. When i buy cheese at the SM, i want friggon cheese....not 'new cheese'...99% fat free crap. it's gotten to the point where there's like 1 product thats the real deal, and every other brand is going the 'healthy' route.

To me healthy eating is balance and moderation...not fat free and sugar free, cause i think we need those things as well.

/end rant.

Indeed. Or vice versa. I've heard some "You are too thin, you need to eat more" talk esp when I was in high school.

When I would answer them 'I eat tons, and all I want" they would just shake their heads.

Then again I don't sit around all day long on the couch watching TV.

Even when I am on the computer, I usually don't stay sat down for very long.

You know what, you're right. I shouldn't a made my chubbypants comment. It was wrong.

But that sandwich and moderation don't belong in the same sentence.

i did a search but i didn't scroll down far enough. but the fact that you searched for the link to the old story makes it all worth while.

Will all due respect, the "meatnormous" version (incl. ham) is in fact "new" with new advertising to match.
