Either RadioLover or Audio Hijack will probably work for you.

Wire Tap Pro, Ambrosia Software, Inc. -- utilities/WireTap Pro is highly regarded and easy to use, but Audio Hijack may have a few more features.

FWIW, a new Universal version of WTP is in development and is claimed to be much better than any competitive product. Alas, I know not additional details re the forthcoming WTP. Perhaps someone from Ambrosia will stop by with an update.

It's not exactly free, but Griffin Technology (those iPod accessory guys) sell an app called "iFill" that will do it. I haven't tried it myself but I have heard that it is pretty nice:

Griffin Technology: iFill - Free Internet Radio for your iPod
