This is kind of a Mac OS question, but kind of an iMac question... you decide

Since the 10.4.6 update, my 17" iMac Core Duo takes about 30 seconds, after I have told it to, to go to sleep. This isn't particually annoying or unpractical, its just odd.

Anyone got any ideas as to why?

Cheers

Could be just like the PowerBook, where it's going into Safe Sleep instead of just Sleep.

edit: Yow, PowerBoosk.
