German Apple Store is down, as of 1PM European time! Maybe the C2D update is for real. Some other Euro stores are also down (well ... europe is basically one big Apple store, as far as I can tell).

Still being updated as of 12:50GMT.Phoned the Applestore in Ireland and the guy I was talking to thinks it is probably a new Mac Book Pro.

Hmmm.... if only they had included more RAM slots. The 1 GB upgrade from 2 to 3 GB is truly extravagantly expensive, at least at the Apple store.

2GB sticks are really expensive, but what they wnt for it is rediculous.

It is usually a good idea to update when there isn't any traffic. That would mean early hours of the day. My web based email is down pretty frequently on early Sunday morning.
