It's pretty damn sexy that's she's into Macs as well. I bet I could show her a few things to do while iTunes visuals are playing!

I think its more a case of Jeckel and Hyde actually...

This is from the first frame of the movie, which is quite scary:

<img src="http://apostrophe.us/liz2.jpg" alt=" - " />

While this is from the last frame, where she is quite pretty:

She's hip and she's cool.

Pretty good looking...

but I know someone/peope who is/are hip and cool and really, really good looking... in real life High school rocks, it's pretty much done though, last week... forever, then onto university. Looking forward to that. I am actually going to work at it...

And wow. I lent my lawnmower to my neighbour today, and her daughter is quite good looking. Wow. Never had a neighbour my age and good looking. Meh.. wonder exactly how old she is?

Okay, so she can rub her breasts and her tummy at the same time.

Is she trying to be Alanis Morrissette?

WildZero is right, the TerraSoft Linux spokeswoman is much more appealing to the eye, but that's just me and him.

She's got a cute face, but stick thin women just don't interest me. I prefer women who look like they know how to eat healthy meals.

What's your guesses on age with Liza? I'm guessing 30's She looks like she could be about my age, but the truth would be in the hands.

Someone very wise and old once told me the way to tell the age of a woman is in her hands, and it's true I tell you it's true.

If she was in her 40's her hands would be more vieney. But if this ones in her 40's then she's very well preserved for her age (and I never would turn down such an attractive older woman if the occasion arose).

Mike

So you've got someone who's doing an ad for Apple, who's a DJ and obviously got some sort of life.

Reaction it it was a man: "Wow, that's so cool. I wanna be a DJ. What sort of music are you into? Which clubs have you played? Can you get me backstage passes? etc, etc"

Reaction to a woman:" Drool. I want to shag ya"

You guys need to get laid more.

Yes, she does not look like a model, this is true. But remember, she is not done up to be a model: Apple has her dressed and has looking ordinary because these ads are supposed to appeal to ordinary people. Judging by the last frame of the movie I bet she could be made-up to be a major knock-out. I hate to break it to you, but the Linux "chick" is not going to attract many incoming female college students. I should also note that the Linux chick is a model who probably doesn't give a flying F*** about open-source software.

All things considered, I think she is pretty damn hot.

::EDIT: If you are one of these guys who don't like thin women at all, I can completely understand why you say she is not attractive. She's a rail.

FWIW, I noticed this specifically with a particular S. American dancer. However, you are right, her hands were NOT veiney - just worn.

COMPLETELY OFF TOPIC.....ohmigod! on that list of testimonials, I KNOW one of those people!!! not the woman in question, one of the guys. very, very, very weird.

the woman? not my type, but I think if one is looking at these ads to find hot women, one is perhaps searching too hard.

This too, thank you Google.

The Drop airs every Saturday evening from 7-9 p.m. Its host, Liza Richardson, has been working for KCRW for over twelve years. During that time she has hosted a variety of programs, but for the last two years she has been at the center of Saturday night.
Richardsons program showcases a variety of new dance music including up-tempo House and Hip-Hop. Due to its time slot, Liza also informs her listeners of the best clubs and parties for the night. She plays tracks before their legal or mainstream release, carefully balancing the worlds of the club and the radio DJ.
Richardson began her career in Dallas, Texas when she applied for a position at community station KNON, otherwise known as "the mighty non." Although she was inspired to apply because of her crush on a DJ, she says the job was a good fit.
Ever since then, Richardson has been working with music as a DJ, in A&R (Artist & Repertoire), and most recently in music supervision. Her recent projects include the soundtracks to both "The Mothman Prophecies" and "Y Tu Mam Tambin." She has also worked on a variety of commercials, including those for Motorola, Apple and Microsoft XP.
In Richardsons opinion, a woman has to be savvy to succeed as a radio DJ. "Men tend to appeal to both men and women and its harder for a woman to do that without annoying half the audience," she says.
As far as being a woman in a mostly boys club, Richardson says it does not bother her. "I have always been a tomboy," she says. On female artists today she says, "the music is what matters." According to Richardson, you should follow your artistic passion regardless of your gender.
A good song is what music supervisors and DJs like Richardson look for. Creatively, Richardson is most interested in "tweaking your ears" and helping the audience discover something new that nobody has heard.
