We're working on a new version of WireTap (version 1.0.1):

The main goals are as follows:
-- Attempt to fix/diagnose the hanging issues some people are experiencing on specific hardware configurations
-- Make WireTap work properly with 3rd party sound cards that support multiple sound out channels
-- Implement better error checking so that if something does go wrong, we can track down exactly what it is
-- Flesh out the online help to address the issue of recording iTunes playing with Sound Enhancer on, and then replaying that recording in iTunes with Sound Enhancer on (the double-enhancement of the sound makes it sound bad)
-- Fix any other outstanding issues
If you have any additional bugs, please let us know so we can attempt to address them in this update. We are probably not going to add any features in this update.
