Apple Remote Desktop Admin 1.2
(all clients are at 1.2.4)
When trying to copy files to workstations in Apple Remote Desktop Admin 1.2 I get the following error:
"Unable to communicate with "insert computer name here" The file transfer has been cancelled."
If I try to copy to a number of machines (i.e. nineteen) I get the folowing error:
"Different errors were returned from 17 of the selected computers. Try copying "insert file or folder name here" to a subset of the computers to narrow down the problems."
That has been done trying to just copy it to the hard drive. But it still has problems.
I read a disccusion on Apple's websit about re-installing Panther and then install just the admin packaged of ARD. That was performed and unsuccessful. I've deleted preferences, re-installed ARD but no luck.
Has anyone run into this problem and have a solution. The first would be to purchase ARD 2 but that will be done down the road.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
