I would just use dyndns for this, but they charge ~$25 per TLD.... and I don't think that includes buying the TLD
places like godaddy.com seem to allow you to log in to a control panel and set the IP addr for your TLD for which they are the DNS host/registrar... so you can point it at a semi-static IP (such as a cable modem).
I'm wondering if any of them support remote scripts to update your IP as needed. I'm very comfortable with any unix based scripts for this if they exist.. doesn't have to be a prettied-up Mac app.
So does anyone know of any DNS companies that offer something like this?
