in OS X how do you tell if a clip is NTSC or PAL?

In Quicktime, under the 'Window' menu, click 'Show Movie Info'. FPS for NTSC should be 29.97 or 30. FPS for PAL should be 25.

They also have different resolutions. NTSC is 720x480 (or 352x240), PAL is 720x576 (or 352x288)
