My MBP spacebar squeaks and I wanted to know if anyone else had this problem or do you think apple will fix it for free? I dont not have apple care but I am under the one year limited warranty. I would just go to the Apple store but it is two hours away.
Mine squeaks as well. It has been squeaking for the past two years. But it does not happen every time I press the space bar. It happens sporadicly, perhaps every tenth time.
It bothered me in the beginning, but now I am used to it.
