Yep,

ABC News: Pro Wrestler Chris Benoit Found Dead

How sad. He was found dead in his home with his wife and 7 year old son. Authorities are treating their deaths as homicides.

Slick shoes?! Are you crazy?!

It gets worse...Chris Benoit - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

It appears that Benoit might have been the killer. I can't believe this...I was a wrestling fan for years, and everyone loved Benoit.

Link

"The family was found dead Monday, and authorities were investigating the deaths as a murder-suicide. Investigators believe the 40-year-old Benoit killed his wife, Nancy, 47, and son, Daniel, 7, over the weekend, then himself on Monday."

Odd, and sad.

Another report here - Link

I don't follow the wrestling much now, or know a lot about Chris Benoit, but I take it this is completely unexpected for something like this to happen??!?!?!

It'll be much easier if you just comply.

If he did it then he is a total douche-bag that should have killed himself sooner and without taking others with him.

Yeh kind of sad, I'm not a wrestling fan so the name doesn't ring a bell, but from what I've read he sent "cryptic" text messages to some of his friends and then he and his family end of dead.

I'm with Sprinkles, if you're going to do yourself in just do it and not take down your family too. Very said

If I'm WWE, I'm gonna feel real awkward about having paid tribute to this guy last night if it turns out he committed a murder/suicide.

'Roid Rage.

Looks like he apparently killed his wife Friday night, stayed in the house, killed his son late Saturday/early Sunday, stayed in the house, and hung himself early Monday.

Weird, I just watched him wrestle on TV 2 weeks ago. It's really mind-boggling to think he killed his wife and 7 year old son and stayed in the house with their bodies whilst text messaging friends "cryptic" messages. He must have completely come unglued. Like I said, 'roid rage.

If I'm WWE I feel stupid playing out this whole "Vince McMahon is presumed dead" angle.

That too, but that couldn't have been avoided unlike paying tribute to a guy who just died in a very ambiguous set of circumstances.

But if he was suicidally-depressed, he wasn't in a rational state of mind.

I don't want to seem cruel here, but it has got to take a lot of force/weight to hang a guy like that, no?

This is also going to sound cruel, but he didn't have much of a neck to wrap a noose around. He was just head, straight into shoulders.

This story is getting worse though. His character always seemed on edge and kind of psycho. Maybe that was the real Benoit coming out through his persona. I want to know if he was on any drugs (prescription and otherwise), if he had a history of mental disorders, etc.

If feel the statement "This just keeps getting more bizarre" would be an understatement at this point.
