MobileMe told me that I had to pay an extra $25 for a second bag on my airplane.

MobileMe caused hair to grow in unusual places on my back.

MobileMe laughed at me when I was in junior high and caused me to go to therapy.

MobileMe gave me crabs.

MobileMe turns on my lamp at night just when I fall asleep.

MobileMe is what made mommy and daddy not love each other anymore.

Yes, birthday calendars in particular.

Is there any way of converting that to a regular calendar with alerts?

Asking for real help in our silly thread? Good luck on that, wherever you look for help. I'm thinking the "MM" is too new to have a lot of answers available yet.

Especially since MobileMe gave me a bogus phone number and made me promise to call right away. The nerve!

So. Not 4 hours after I run the MobileMe upgrade on my work G5 dual 2.0, the power supply **** the bed. I KNEW this thing was toxic! And the Genius Bar doesn't have any open appointments- because of all the customers with MobileMe problems clogging up the queue.

I get to remember how slow it is trying to use CS3 apps on a 5 year-old powerbook all week. With all my files on a network drive. Over airport. At least our IT guy had the presence of mind to take my drive & stuff it in the Print-On-Demand's IntelliMac & turn on sharing so I could get to my stuff.

The moral of this story, is that in the arena of software technology one should NEVER include the word "ME" in the name.
