Why does the breast-feeding banner ad--which purports to explain why some rabbi thinks breast-feeding is bad for your marriage--take you to the following site?
Expo TV | Become a Buying Expert, Create & View Video Consumer Reports & Product Reviews
Looks like a site for getting people to sign up to win something free in exchange for a bunch of e-mail addresses.
One should never stop striving for clarity of thought and precision of expression.
I would prefer my humanity sullied with the tarnish of science rather than the gloss of religion.

Somebody was finally lured in by the promise of boobage.

I bet Doofy has known this for weeks but not admitted it.

Yeah, I didn't get it either. That's a very weird inducement to click on a banner. I actually looked up Rabbi Shmuely's position on breast-feeding after seeing the ad.

What's sad is, I'd probably be pulled in by the Rabbi rather than the reference to boobies as well.

I guess it's targeted at theologians who have no concept of Internet security?

I never even noticed the Rabbi mentioned. Just "Is breast-feeding hurting your marriage" or something equally insane like that.

Full of milky goodness!

I just get crappy ads from Vodafone telling me how ghey I'll become if I get their 3 zillion free texts per month.
Been inclined to wander... off the beaten track.
That's where there's thunder... and the wind shouts back.

I'm a breastfeeding advocate. Unfortunately I only saw that banner once, and only noticed it as I clicked on another link. I haven't figured out why an ad about breastfeeding-in either direction-is appropriate on a Mac site (even taking Doofy into account!). But I personally don't think that the pseudoreligous angle of the whole thing is appropriate in any context.

I think having sex during childbirth would hurt a marriage more than breastfeeding.
