Remember the previous mayor? Mayor Onunwor was convicted of corruption charges.

So they replaced him with a killer.

Meet the new mayor, Saratha Goggins.

" Goggins admitted stabbing Price during a fight in his home on September 30, 1982.

She told the newspaper that she recalled being convicted but said she could not remember the charge. She declined to say whether she was jailed. She said she petitioned a judge to seal the records in September 1991.

Nuke and pave over Cleveland?

Hell No; For three good reasons:

Cleveland has the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

It was the main place character of Jim Jarmusch's incredible film, "Stranger Than Paradise."

And, the only presidential candidate with real balls and visison, Dennis Kucinich, lives in Cleveland.

Instead, I suggest we nuke and pave over lame ass Tennessee!

WTF have they produced but inbred hillbilly hicks, like you.

And one bad movie about pig sqealing BIG butt fu*king inbred hillbillies, probably just like you.

Hey man, I was born & raised in Cleveland and (BTW, Goggins is the new Mayor of EAST CLEVELAND...a separate city) lived a block from the Cleveland/East Cleveland boundary.

At one time it had a large upscale Jewish population and was a great city.

Times have changed things.

But, the new Mayor was defending herself when she killed the guy.

As far as I see it, "Case closed."

Now, as far as nuking and paving it is concerned, well...lololol

It would be nice if there were something they could do to get rid of the drug houses.

Consider these posts as my way of introducing you to yourself.

A friend and I are planning a trip down to Cleveland to visit the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame soon, and to see what "America's poorest city" is like.

Been to Cleveland 2X for the R&R HOF.

Awesome museum... not to fond of the city itself. The drive out there was a pain in the ass (literally).

But the museum rocks.

It's not that bad... I lived around there for a while and will attest to the East Cleveland being a whole different city...

Other then that, there are some very cool parts to the city...

Cue "racist" image.

Why can't we just nuke and pave your house (hopefully while you're in it)? I know I'd enjoy that.

worthless yankees...

EDIT: ALSO, you're in violation of the treaty between the Right and Left (not to mention the forum rules) regarding use of profanity towards other members.

Typical yankee liberals.

Always giving away advice they don't take themselves.

Good thing I'm not black and gay, too - else I'm sure there would have been some added derogatory comments relating to that.

PS, Cleveland and East Cleveland - same place, different names - just need more asphalt.

So just coz you don't like the new mayor, you wanna nuke the city?

I understand it's supposed to be funny, but hey, guess what -- it's not.
I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minute of it.
