Hi!
I remember having read somewhere that mldonkey will work again with 10.2.1, but I can't find it anymore. I would like to know which build it works with, becaus it doesn't work for me with 6D42. Does it for you?
Thanks!

As it stand mldonkey works with no build of Jaguar. Wait till next week when a new version of mldonkey will be released that works with Jaguar.

until then, just use a shell script...

Code:
#!/bin/sh while (true) ; do ./mldonkey ; done
works nicely here...

Give it time: it will crash with a bus error after minutes to hours of use. It doesn't matter if you use 10.2, the betas of 10.2.1, donkey 1.16, or donkey 1.99. They all crash. The script mentioned above is helpful, but it takes time to restart the downloads after a crash.

Hopefully, there will be a new donkey for jag soon. I can see the icon for cocodonkey now! Anyone have a good picture of a Jaguar and a Donkey copulating?

I don't have 10.2.1, just 10.2. Mldonkey w/Cocodonkey has run fine the last few times I used it.

I have not had any crashes at all. Is this a 10.2.1 issue?

I used it yesterday and it was running for several hours with no problems.

Maybe I am just lucky?

well, i got 10.2 and mldonkey 1.16 and it just completely died...

even my shell script just relaunches it again and again without it even being able to connect to a single server...

Hi!
A lot of people have reported, that mldonkey quits with a bus error under Jaguar, you are the first one to report the contrary that I know of. Mine takes about one minute to quit. I have also read about people getting it to work by completely reinstalling mldonkey (including trashing all incomplete downloads), but I'd rather wait for a new version. If your install isn't a fresh one, you seem to be lucky...
