On Monday, Apple released third betas of OS X 10.11.4, iOS 9.3, watchOS 2.2, and tvOS 9.2 to developers, with changes -- if any -- from the previous betas largely unknown, except for an update in the new tvOS beta (for the fourth-generation Apple TV) that adds dictation support for searches using the Siri remote. OS X 10.11.3 continues to build on the previous beta's support for Live Photos in Messages, also seen in iOS 9.3 along with new feature Night Shift. The previous beta of watchOS brought a revamped Maps interface and the ability to pair more than one Apple Watch to a single iPhone.
Typically, Apple releases an identical version of the betas for pre-registered public beta testers to download a day or two after the developer release, in case of any sudden discovery of show-stopping flaws -- though the company has on occasion released both developer and public versions of the beta software simultaneously. Other features of note in the forthcoming versions of OS X and iOS include being able to password-protect individual notes in the Notes app, which can be unlocked with a passcode or Touch ID.
In iOS 9.3, educational users (such as teachers and administrators) now have multi-user login on the iPad, while the beta also adds or improves on features in Health, CarPlay, and the Music app. The latest beta includes support for Wi-Fi calling for Verizon users, and a carrier update for T-Mobile users that fixes a bug preventing apps from loading when the user was only on cellular data.
Previous betas of tvOS 9.2 have made significant progress, including folder support to allow users to group apps, a new App Switcher, iCloud Photo Library support, MapKit compatibility in apps for developers to incorporate, and much-awaited support for Bluetooth keyboards for use with the fourth-generation Apple TV. The feature was lost in the new device versus the previous generation, but will soon be restored when the update goes live to the public.
The updates are currently available through the Mac App Store for registered developer accounts only, or via the Apple Developer Center and over-the-air updating for developer-registered iOS and iOS-based products (which includes the Apple Watch and Apple TV). In addition, the company released a new third beta of Apple Configurator 2.2 for enterprise and developers use.

Yeah, that's a known problem at the moment for some configurations. We're working on it.
