Very lightly used, just a few very minor, not noticeable scratches to on the outside of the case. I just need the money for stuff around the house, and I don't use the iBook much anymore.

UNDER APPLECARE PROTECTION PLAN/WARRENTY UNTIL 12/25/2005!!! That's another YEAR AND A HALF left on warrenty!
The system works great, battery holds a charge for a good 5 or 6 hours, everything is working EXCEPT that the 10/100 Ethernet RJ-45 jack DOES NOT work. I am not sure why, but it has a wireless card ( AirPort ) so if you're using wireless it shouldn't matter. It MIGHT be still under warrenty via AppleCare, if you're willing to fight with Apple over it. Currently running a clean install of OSX AND Yellow Dog Linux v3.0.1, but I'll format / install whatever you want before shipping.

BONUS FOR YOU GUYS: I'll throw in a few of the many AGP/PCI old video cards I have lying around ( TNT 16mb, Matrox dual-head MGA200, etc. that kind of stuff ) and a PCI 10/100 Linksys ethernet card for FREE! I might even be able to throw in an IDE/ATA66/100/133 20GB OR 60GB hard drive as well, if you ask nicely :-)
