Adobe Photoshop CS2 crashing after leopard install

Installed leopard on my macbook using archive & install preserving user info. Adobe Photoshop CS2 starts up normally, gets all the way to the menu items loading up, and then crashes. It does this every time.

I uninstalled and reinstalled photoshop but it still crashes. Interestingly enough, I installed leopard on my intel iMac (using archive & install but NOT preserving user info) and photoshop seems to be running fine on the iMac.

Would really appreciate anyone's help. Thanks.

WTF? my 7.0 wont work either.... I had a project I was working on! im F'ing going back to tiger to finish it, im use someone elses computer... grrr

CS2 works just as it did in tiger on my Macs with Leopard. I always do erase and installs though.
