Using an iPad Air with the latest iOS. If I am typing something and want to quickly check what is on Safari I use the fn-4 keys on my Logitech Bluetooth keyboard to bring up a windowed mode. For every other app the conent will display but Safari doesn't. I have a screenshot but I don't know how to upload it here.

Help?

I think we need to see that screenshot. You can't upload the file here, but you can upload to any image sharing site and link that image from here.
The new Mac Pro has up to 30 MB of cache inside the processor itself. That's more than the HD in my first Mac. Somehow I'm still running out of space.

Are you saying that when you switch between apps and have that miniaturised view where you can shuffle back and forth between the apps, all other apps will show the current state, but safari won't update the view appropriately?

That is the image.

See how Safari shows nothing, but the window behind it does. I really want Safari to show its text so that I can then transcribe that I need without having to repeatedly command-tab.

The new iOS update 9.3 didn't fix this problem. Safari still does not display content when I am in the windowded mode. Might anyone know a fix?

I'm stumped beyond doing a full wipe/reset/restore... which still may not fix it.
