I dont know exactly where this goes, if the mods know of a more appropriate forum, feel free to move it. So, heres the story: i recently purchased some old computer stuff on ebay (SIMMs, VRAM and a networking card). The whole stuff was shipped wrapped in alu-foil. Now my concern: is this appropriate for electronics parts to prevent damage caused by static electricity??

Foil is safer than nothing. Seen it before.

I'm going to pull your head off because I don't like your head.
