Are you satisfied with your life?

TAKE THE HAPPINESS TEST

Below are five statements with which you may agree or disagree. Please be open and honest in your response.
Are you satisfied with your life? - Mental Health - MSNBC.com

Extremely satisfied
You feel that the circumstances of your life are excellent. Most people who score in this range feel that the major areas of their lives, such as work, leisure, relationships and health, are going extremely well. They don’t believe their lives are perfect, but individuals in this range feel successful and good about themselves.

It says I am slightly satisfied. Then again, it seems to be partly judging my satisfaction on whether I get the things I want, which is not exactly how I'd judge it. I can be perfectly happy even when things don't go my way.

Seems to be pretty accuate:

Slightly satisfied
You feel that generally your life is going well, although you would like to see improvement in some areas. Some parts of your life need improvement, or alternately, most areas are going well, but you have not yet achieved the goals you would like to attain in many areas. This is the average level for people in modern nations and the average for college students. Overall, things are in the positive zone, but there is still improvement needed to meet your goals.

I'm slightly dissatisfied. I have all the material items I want, but I haven't exactly reached my life goals in terms of employment.

mine:

Slightly dissatisfied
On the whole there are many things you would like to see improved, although in most domains your life is not bad. Some people score in this range because they are falling short of their goals, and others fall in this range because recently conditions in their lives have deteriorated somewhat.

My results clearly indicate that I need to stay on Effexor. That's ok; It's generic now.

I'm satisfied enough not to waste my time by taking a silly little test telling me how I feel about my life.

Naaahhhhhhhhhh. I'm content. I have a bunch of things I want to see and do and acquire, but I doubt I'll be much happier when I've done them. The biggest probs I have right now aren't even really probs, they're just 'how can I buy a motorcycle/fix my boat/make something sweet at school'.

Slightly dissatisfied.

I'm "falling short of (my) goals"...at least so far. I predict in 5 years I'll be much happier.

That's pretty funny.

Mine is extremely satisfied, slightly satisfied, slightly dissatisfied and extremely dissatisfied.

I was dissatisfied with the first result so I took it again and again and again and got differing results each time until now I'm at peace.

Your life is very rewarding, but you would like to see improvement in some areas. People in this range are happy and feel very good about their lives. Certain groups, such as the Forbes list of richest people and the Pennsylvania Amish, have on average scored in this range in past studies.

There is a mix of good and bad in your life. There are about as many things going well as things you would like to improve. Circumstances are not terrible, but neither are they as rewarding as you would like.
