So, have any of you ever seen Robert Cringely's 'Triumph of the Nerds'? I was watching it tonight and during the third part, which is mainly about how Apple created the GUI and lost the war (this is a 1996 miniseries) they show a segment of what he refers to as a "bizarre promo to inspire their sales force" featuring these sepia-toned war scenes, with shots of a sign that says "Apple Corps: Macintosh Division, Fighting 32nd" and newspapers that say "Mac Takes Beachhead" and the like.
Does anybody know what more about this video? Or how I might get a copy of it?
Also, a clip from the Macintosh Software Dating Game, from 1983, is shown. This is where that infamous clip of Bill Gates singing the praises of the Macintosh is from. I'd love to get that too.

Haven't seen it, but I do recall going to an Apple Seminar and they showing a clip that was a take of 1492 with Apple being the ship in a great storm sailing it's way through. Very inspiring for me as this was 1998 or so and in the dark ages.
Btw: The seminar was all about how Rhapsody would rejuvenate Apple *chuckle*

Apple Corps? It's a wonder they didn't get sued for that one!

It's definitely an Apple that I miss - today there's so much less snark in that company. So much more focus on being a high-end, glam statement. Bring me back my pirate flag!
