AskJeeves (MyWay, Excite, iWon) and Hotmail have now joined the make-it-bigger game of email storage.

Wonder when our turn comes?

$553.25 to get to 1GB at the current rate of about $0.45/MB on .mac. What a steal!

Yeah, I sent feedback to Apple on .Mac when Yahoo! announced the 100 mb email.

I hope more of you will send such feedback.

email, and iDisk storage should both be upped. Specially since we are PAYING for it, while these other services are free... (I know, ad free, but still)

I wish Apple would offer a free email service, with maybe 100MB of storage. All the other free services have this.

Wow, 250 MB on Hotmail... Perhaps Hotmail will soon actually be usable...

Oh, wait... There's still the ridiculously slow loading times, the useless spam filters, the countless bugs in anything but IE6 on Windows, etc. Right. Still useless.

Still, going from 2 MB to 250 MB is something... I know several people who swear by Hotmail, who will delighted that they won't have to delete 90% of their mail to keep it under the limit.

Well in agreement with your last comment, I don't think I'll be able to make any Gmail converts now... poo
