Check out these scripts to do things like pause iTunes when your phone moves out of Bluetooth range:

I haven't tried them yet, but I will soon.

I tried a similar thing with my Sony Ericsson phone years ago, but I had to literally leave the house to get them to kick in, so using the script to pause iTunes probably isn't practical. I imagine this would also reduce battery life.
