I don't have Shapeshifter so I was wondering if anyone had the Extras.rsrc for the Good Grey theme for Tiger... and the Spotlight end cap thing... that would be awesome... or a similar flat theme...

Soiky there is a way of extracting it using ThemePark. I feel your pain.
Yet another reason there should be options.
